Jack Evermore 10 Posted June 14, 2020 Recently my friend pointed out that baguette is wand in french so... You don't choose your baguette. Your baguette chooses you! My baguette is 11 3/4 inches ebony wood with Thunderbird feather. What's yours? Share this post Link to post
Lora Wallabenger 11 Posted June 15, 2020 My baguette is 12 ½", Oak Wood with a dragon heartstring core and as for Mr.Ollivander it has a surprisingly swishy flexibility :) Share this post Link to post
Lea Arsenic 2 Posted February 18, 2021 Okay imma try and revive this convo: My wand is made out of ebonized oak, about 12 inches long and complete with a dragon heartstring core. Not entirely sure about the flexibility though... maybe kinda solid? So yeah, there you go ;) Share this post Link to post
Prof. Sky Alton 275 Posted February 18, 2021 Mine is silver birch, 10 inches with a joberknoll feather core (they're very curious critters... not sure what that says about me). I'm not sure about a flexibility as such as I created it myself but it's quite swishy owing to being fairly thin. It also has a cute kink in it because the piece of wood I found was curved rather than straight. It reminds me of a pen or a paintbrush in terms of the way it feels in my hand so it suits my creative side down to the ground. Lea, I love the sound of ebonised oak. So fancy.
