A person 1 asks a Most Likely To question, for example, 'Who is most likely to be awarded as the Drama Queen this year?', and person 2 takes any name. It goes like this: Person 1: Who is most likely to be awarded as the Drama Queen this year? Peron 2: Jane Holly, who is most likely to fall ill next week?
