Prof. Maxim Trevelyan 33 Posted December 1, 2023 A lot of the textbooks have illustrations beside the incantation and description of the charm and The Standard Book of Spells is no different. They serve as an additional explanation of how the spell works. Choose one of the charms (that does not have such an illustration) and make one for it. The illustration needs to show the effects of the spell. You can do that through any art medium. Otherwise, you can describe the illustration in at least 80 words. You will earn 10 rubies by posting your charms illustrations below by 11:59 pm HOL-time on the 31st of December. Share this post Link to post
Scarlet Robloutain 0 Posted December 1, 2023 A wand takes center stage, energy of the magical incantation Orchideous sprouting from its tip. A delicate dance of a bouquet of flowers materialising out of it. Each petal and stem gracefully, forming a kaleidoscope of colours that range from the soft pastels of spring to the bold hues of summer. The illustration captures the very essence of Orchideous, showcasing the spell's ability to create beauty effortlessly from the very end of the wand, turning it into a blossoming symphony of flora. Dibyarup James Potter 0 Posted December 4, 2023 The illustration for the “Stunning Spell” will show a hand pointing a wand towards the target (a person or animal), and then illustrate the wand movement as a straight line indicating a forward jab towards the target while speaking the incantation "Stupefy!" pronounced as "STEW-puh-fye". After the wand movement and the incantation are performed accurately, the illustration will show a red bolt coming out of the tip of the wand. Finally, the target will be shown as thrown back and stunned. Share this post Link to post
