Now it is time to put forth your theories as to what you think happened to the evidence in all three cases. Was it taken maliciously? Maybe a freak hurricane swept through the Ministry? Describe what you think happened in 100 words or more. Remember not to say where you think the evidence hides, just what you think happened so that it disappeared from the evidence room at the Wizengamot. Post your theories below to earn 15 rubies and 20 beans by June 29th 11:59 pm HOL time.

You find several errant jewels where the evidence box was held and you follow the trail outside and up the winding stairs until you get to a magical garden in one of the departments. It also serves as a relaxation place when work just gets too much. You find that the jewels belong to several crowns that the store offered. Solve the puzzle below to get the jewels safely back into the evidence box. Find all of the crowns in the garden. Every crown is attached to one tree, and every tree is attached to one crown (so there is an equal number of crowns and trees). The clues tell you how many crowns are in that row or column. A crown can only be found horizontally or vertically adjacent to a tree. Crowns are never adjacent to each other, neither vertically, horizontally, or diagonally. A tree might be next to two crowns but is only connected to one. There are several strands of fabric and twine scattered around the Wizengamot. Use careful deduction to connect the pieces together and solve the hashi puzzle below. Hashi is based on a rectangular arrangement of islands where the number on each island tells how many bridges are connected to it. The object is to connect all islands according to the number of bridges so: There are no more than two bridges in the same direction. Bridges can only be vertical or horizontal and are not allowed to cross islands or other bridges. When completed, all bridges are interconnected enabling passage from any island to another. The Fountain of Magical Brethren has been restored and with it, the statues that adorned it. They had overheard some gossip and information about where the evidence might be held, but they do not want to part with it without something in return. Serenade one (or all) of the statues with a poem of your own creation. They need to be complimentary to the statues and be at least 10 lines in length. Post your serenade below to earn 15 rubies and 20 beans by June 29th 11:59 pm HOL time.

As you poke around the evidence room, you see what seems to be torn pieces of parchment on the floor. From time to time, some of the pieces float an inch above the ground, and give a weak flutter, before they fall back down. One of the Wizengamot workers accompanying you lets you know that the paper is made from the same parchment as interdepartmental airplanes that are used to send messages. Put this jigsaw back together and see what was on the memo that was so horribly torn apart. https://www.jigsawplanet.com/?rc=play&pid=335378cad43d Post your jigsaw below to earn 15 rubies and 20 beans by June 29th 11:59 pm HOL time.
