This fudge recipe is perfect for cosy gatherings with friends and family!
Ingredients:
- 3 cups sugar
- 1.5 sticks butter
- 5 ounces evaporated milk
- 12 ounces white chocolate morsels
- 7 ounces marshmallow cream
- 3 teaspoons orange extract
- 5 drops yellow food coloring
- 3 drops red food coloring
Using a 3 quart saucepan, stirring constantly, bring sugar, butter, and milk to a boil. Boil for 3 ½ to 4 minutes. Remove from heat and add white chocolate and marshmallow cream, stirring well. Add extract and food coloring, stir well again.
Pour into a 8 or 9 inch glass cake pan, which you’ve buttered.
Allow to cool at least one hour. Cut into squares.
