Not having a great week. Got back from the hospital, there's a broken bone in my foot, and my ankle is quite sprained.

Really hurt my ankle earler today, it's at least a really bad sprain and can't get to the hospital until tomorrow, already tried ice but it did no good, didn't even bring down the swelling. Does anyone here have an idea on what I could do for it? because it won't stop hurting. Thanks!

OMG that's just awefull Tom *wanted to use other language but managed to keep herself in ¬¬) There isn't really something you can do with an sprain. The only thing you can do is what you already did. Keep your foot 'high'. which means if you are on a couch or in a chair, but your foot on a chair or table or so. and if you're in bed, put a pillow under your foot. Otherwise try tokeep it as cold as possible.
For the pain you could get some pain med. I don't think p...
