Music has now become an important part of our day to day routine and human life. it spreads happiness, joy and peace to us. It soothes our minds and refreshes our body. It is magical for all of us, for a lot of reasons. Music is all around us. From the chirping of birds in early morning to the flowing streams and trees dancing to the wind, all is music.
Music has great qualities of healing a person both emotionally and mentally. Music is also considered as a form of meditation. Music, when composed or listened to by someone, makes them forget all their worries and woes, sorrows and pains and makes them feel better. It is also known to help people recover from anxiety, depression, and gives control on temper.
A fun thing is, that while studying, listening to music on a low volume helps you concentrate and not get bored at the same time! Music does not have any boundaries, it is known as the universal language for everything living understands it. Humans, animals, and it is concluded by research that plants too feel music! Music flows free, beyond all barriers of language and religion and is also considered by some people as a prayer.
