Five Mindfulness Exercises

The first one: Stay hydrated through each one of these, but being hydrated also keeps you calm.

The second one: Do some kind of movement to get out angry feelings.

The third one: Meditate in lotus position with straight back, breathing in mindfulness and breathing out negative feelings.

The fourth one: Stretch and breathe. Breathing deeply calms you especially when you’re freaking out.

The fifth and last one: Be calm and take a breath.

These tips are really helpful. For example, you’re really nervous because you have overdue books at the library. Use one of these tips and come back to it with a new perspective. You’ll bring back the overdue books. Use these in one of these times, especially during this pandemic.
