Game: The Superior Spell

Mr. Ollivander is hosting a drinks party for several of his fellow wand-makers in the shop's back room. You’ve been invited to sit in and listen to their in-depth discussion of unusual cores and the best technique for polishing. While most of it goes over your head, there’s a very lively debate about their favourite spells that you can’t help but join in on.

 

This is an elimination game! We start off with 6 spells (I’ll be using the incantations to refer to the spells), each of which has 10 points. When you post, you take a point from one spell and give it to another. As soon as a spell hits zero points, it’s eliminated from the game and should be removed from the list. The spell that is left once all others have been eliminated is the winner.

 

Guidelines

You must wait for someone else to post before posting again - you may not post back to back.

Remember to make sure you repost the list with your changes included every time you post, so everyone can see where we’re currently at.

You must only take and give 1 point at a time.

If we reach the end of the game before the end of the activity, I’ll post a fresh list of spells.

 

You’ll earn 2 rubies per post for your first 5 posts. The deadline is 11:59 PM HOL-time on 21st August!
