I only have that last name since my grandfather decided to switch his last name and take over the Gaunt Lordship. No, I don't have it since it went to the older brother (my uncle). My dad did not get the Lordship, and although he didn't switch his name, he married a muggle woman: Anna Lynn. So...yeah.
